Bieber updated his Twitter followers Monday: "alot of you are asking about @seankingston - he is doing better but out of respect to his family I will wait for them to comment....."

Afterwards she wrote on her Twitter: "I am thankful that I have today. Tomorrow is not promised to any of us. I'm gonna make every day the best I can. #loveuSeankingston."
As of Tuesday morning TMZ.com reported that Sean was in critical but stable condition, and authorities reported that alcohol was not thought to be involved in the accident, which occurred when Kingston tried to make a high-speed turn away from a small bridge at the last moment.
